At 120 degrees, it was so hot in Australia that Koalas were asking people for water, something that’s never been seen before.

I got this in an email and it was too cute not to post!
A koala got hit by a car and was found by a woman. She took it to the vets but there was nothing they could do. However, she had two babies in her pouch! These photos show how they grew :)
Last weekend was the first time I had ever really seen the koala at Riverbanks Zoo. And I’ve been there several times. I mean, I’d seen it before but it was always just a bit of koala hiney or something as they slept.
I wish I’d been able to get just a little farther over for my picture. It had it’s other paw out, holding onto another branch. SO CUTE!
